  • Chicken Piccata | panéed chicken breast topped with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, capers, and a chardonnay beurre blanc and served with house rice and seasonal vegetables

  • Cajun Shrimp and Grits | stone-ground Gouda cheese grits with Gulf shrimp, Andouille sausage, and a Cajun stir-fry sauce



  • 12 oz. Ribeye | with garlic mashed potatoes and jumbo asparagus

  • Crispy Half Duck | drizzled with a sweet and spicy orange sauce and accompanied by sautéed sesame snow peas and house rice

  • Grouper Pontchartrain | panéed grouper topped with candied nuts and hollandaise served with house rice and seasonal vegetables

  • Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops | with house rice and sautéed spinach

• 21% gratuity or a minimum of $75 per server (whichever is higher) will be added to the final bill.

• 6% Florida sales tax will be added to the final bill.

• Dinner banquets receive complimentary white table cloths and black napkins (other colors available for an additional fee).

• Includes basic set up and break down.

• If an extra dedicated bartender is required, then a fee of $75 per bartender will be added to the final bill. Fee will be waived if liquor minimum is met.

• A deposit is required to hold any room.

• An additional $75 per attendant for an action station or passed hors d’oeuvres.

• Wedding coordination is available for your convenience. Price is based on services performed and starts at $300. Ask our coordinator for full details.
