Strolling Dinner Packages

40-person minimum and requires a one-week notice. Additional items may be ordered from the A La Carte or Action Station menus. Price includes one non-alcoholic drink (coffee excluded). Tax and gratuity are NOT included in prices.

Option One  | $19 per person

ENTREES (CHOOSE TWO)

  • Herb Roasted Whole Chicken

  • Baked Whitefish | seasoned with house spices and a lemon butter sauce

  • Beef Pot Roast | slow roasted with mushrooms, onions, and brown gravy

 

Accompaniments:

  • Saffron Rice

  • Seasonal Fresh Vegetables

  • Salad Station | mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and croutons with choice of dressing

 

Dessert:

  • Key Lime Pie Bites

 

 

Option Two  | $24 per person

Entrees (Choose 2):

  • Mojito Lime Baked Mahi-Mahi | fresh cut filets seasoned with mojito-lime spices and lime wheels

  • Chicken Marsala | panéed chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms and a marsala wine sauce

  • Roasted Pork Loin | center cut with a cranberry demi-glace

SPECIAL EVENT GUIDELINES

• 21% gratuity or a minimum of $75 per server (whichever is higher) will be added to the final bill.

• 6% Florida sales tax will be added to the final bill.

• Dinner banquets receive complimentary white table cloths and black napkins (other colors available for an additional fee).

• Includes basic set up and break down.

• If an extra dedicated bartender is required, then a fee of $75 per bartender will be added to the final bill. Fee will be waived if liquor minimum is met.

• A deposit is required to hold any room.

• An additional $75 per attendant for an action station or passed hors d’oeuvres.

• Wedding coordination is available for your convenience. Price is based on services performed and starts at $300. Ask our coordinator for full details.
