Basic Wedding Coordination Package Includes:

  • Covered or indoor ceremony site

  • Up to 100 ceremony chairs and chair set-up (additional chairs can be rented)

  • Up to 100 Black banquet chairs for the reception (additional chairs can be rented)

  • 100 Gold chair covers in house available to rent for $1 per chair

  • All basic china and glassware

  • Black floor length table clothes (colors available upon request and subject to additional fees)

  • Black or white linen napkins

  • House candles for all tables

  • Indoor or covered outdoor reception and cocktail areas (dependent on ceremony location)

  • Reception set-up and basic room decoration

  • Two full bars available (depending on party size)

  • Up to five cocktail tables

  • Basic break down and clean up

  • Cutting of the cake

  • Rehearsal the day prior to the wedding (If ceremony is on site)

  • Rectangle or round banquet tables (dependent on size of party)

  • Option of strolling or plated dinners

  • Champagne toast (includes glassware and service) added to any wedding package for just $3 per person

Catering & Private Event Options


• 21% gratuity or a minimum of $75 per server (whichever is higher) will be added to the final bill.

• 6% Florida sales tax will be added to the final bill.

• Dinner banquets receive complimentary white table cloths and black napkins (other colors available for an additional fee).

• Includes basic set up and break down.

• If an extra dedicated bartender is required, then a fee of $75 per bartender will be added to the final bill. Fee will be waived if liquor minimum is met.

• A deposit is required to hold any room.

• An additional $75 per attendant for an action station or passed hors d’oeuvres.

• Wedding coordination is available for your convenience. Price is based on services performed and starts at $300. Ask our coordinator for full details.
